What will grow faster, a lemon seed, a tangerine seed, an apple seed, or a plum seed?

Ah, as you can see below, no one wants to say. But the tangerine is probably sterile, the apple may (30%) germinate but won't match the parent variety, the lemon takes 15 years to yeild fruit and the plum is much like the apple - testy and tending to falter.

The seeds are not to have been dried out - only washed and dried off. Most of these have dormany requirements and need a few months in the refrigerator at least before planting. Some need to have the seed coat scored or removed. Then they take from 6 to 15 years to produce fruit with may or may not ne edible.

Statistically speaking, none of these will germinate for you, but my money is on the lemon as long as you did not allow it to dry before planting it and as long as it was carefully cleaned and placed in sterlized planting mix - otherwise it too is doomed to falter. May I recommend a nice pineapple plant or a bean plant? Onion?
